The Legacy Group of America Mission

With Servant Leadership as our guiding principle, our mission is to provide consulting, educational, & networking services

Listen

Through The Legacy Group of America we help businesses build their enduring relationships with employers, customers and clients. We develop ways to bring their core values to life so they can help those in the communities they serve. We call this Servant Leadership! We turn the management pyramid upside down, putting the community first.

Serve

Through networking and mentoring, The Legacy Group of America Foundation, we help non-profit organizations identify their needs, determine their strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to deal effectively with both. We will help to indentify assets who can assist their mission.

Educate

The Legacy Group of America recognizes the value of our community by providing a learning environment that fosters personal satisfaction, security, advancement opportunity and the means to share in the company's success. Through the principles of Servant Leadership, we endeavor to mentor others and leave a meaningful legacy for future generations.

The Legacy Group of America Core Values

Our core values are based on God calling to community and service, which we believe are the foundations of a joyful or a purpose driven life:

  • Integrity/Trust – We always do what is right for our community, customers, strategic partners, and employees. We believe in the importance of faith in God, ourselves and others.
  • Family - Our families are our first priority. Our employees, strategic partners and customers are part of our family.
  • Service/Above Self - We believe in Servant Leadership and in living your life for God, - we are called to serve other's needs first.
  • Transparency/Excellence - We believe in quality, where value is expected and exceeding expectations is the norm. Our work, our intentions and our finances are open, never hidden, and available for review by anyone at any time. We need to be first and foremost examples of Servant Leadership.
  • Servant Lead – We approach every aspect of our business and personal relationships with the same enthusiasm and compassion as was granted us by God. Command to love, whose greatest command was to love "SERVE".

Success Stories

12 When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. "Do you understand what I have done for you?" he asked them. 13 "You call me 'Teacher' and 'Lord,' and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14 Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. 15 I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.

John 13:12-15
