Our core values are based on God calling to community and service, which we believe are the foundations of a joyful or a purpose driven life:
- Integrity/Trust – We always do what is right for our community, customers, strategic partners, and employees. We believe in the importance of faith in God, ourselves and others.
- Family - Our families are our first priority. Our employees, strategic partners and customers are part of our family.
- Service/Above Self - We believe in Servant Leadership and in living your life for God,
- we are called to serve other's needs first.
- Transparency/Excellence - We believe in quality, where value is expected and exceeding expectations is the norm. Our work, our intentions and our finances are open, never hidden, and available for review by anyone at any time. We need to be first and foremost examples of Servant Leadership.
- Servant Lead – We approach every aspect of our business and personal relationships with the same enthusiasm and compassion as was granted us by God. Command to love, whose greatest command was to love "SERVE".

Success Stories
12 When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. "Do you understand what I have done for you?" he asked them. 13 "You call me 'Teacher' and 'Lord,' and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14 Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. 15 I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.
